Shipping
Generally, orders will ship in 1-2 business days out of our New Jersey location. During check out, you will select from available options for shipping according to your location. After placing an order you will receive an email confirming your order. Phoenix Packing reserves the right to change the shipping policy and requirements at any time.
We are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes.
Returns/Replacements
Only materials purchased within the 30 days prior to receipt may be accepted. Returned goods should be delivered prepaid to our New Jersey location, FOB destination, undamaged, identifiable, and in resalable condition. If the goods are deemed resalable, a 25% handling charge will apply to all goods returned. Product must be received within 30 days of ordering to receive the refund.
