In 1990, Jerry Bailey, a former Packing Development Engineer for Johns Manville Company incorporated Phoenix Packing. His goal was to provide customers with the right solutions at the right time and the right cost. As the company grew, it branched out to the commercial market by developing a line of fluid sealing products with an emphasis on the technical development and improvement of packing and fluid sealing products.
